HUQQABAZ PLUS INFORMATION TEXT REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
This Information Text on the Processing of Personal Data (“Information Text”) has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Observed in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation, for the purpose of informing data subjects whose personal data are processed within the scope of the HuQQabaz Plus training application used by Huqqabaz Gıda İşletmeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (“Company”).
HuQQabaz Plus is a corporate training application used for the execution of training, information, and development processes of personnel working within the Company.
1. Data Controller
In accordance with the KVKK, your personal data is processed by Huqqabaz Gıda İşletmeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. as the data controller, for the purposes and legal reasons specified in this Information Text.
2. Processed Personal Data
Within the scope of the HuQQabaz Plus application, the following personal data are processed:

3. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is collected wholly or partially by automated means in electronic environment during your registration to and use of the HuQQabaz Plus application.
Your personal data is processed in reliance on the following legal grounds pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK:
- KVKK Art.5/2-c: Being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract
- KVKK Art.5/2-ç: Necessity for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation
- KVKK Art.5/2-e: Necessity of data processing for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right
- KVKK Art.5/2-f: Legitimate interests of the data controller
No commercial electronic messages, SMS campaigns, or marketing notifications are made within the scope of the application. Therefore, there is no data processing activity requiring explicit consent. IYS integration may be provided when necessary.
4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- Enrolling personnel in the HuQQabaz Plus application
- Conducting training, information, and development processes
- Creating and managing user accounts
- Assigning and tracking training content for relevant personnel
- Enabling and managing use of the application
- Ensuring system security and keeping technical records
- Fulfilling obligations arising from the legislation
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes of processing and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, to the following recipient groups:
- Cloud infrastructure service provider located in Turkey for hosting the application infrastructure
MAYAICT Bilgisayar Hizmetleri A.Ş. - OneSignal within the scope of push notification infrastructure
(No personal data of the user is shared with OneSignal; only the technical notification infrastructure is used.) - Authorized public institutions and organizations (within the scope of legal obligations)
The HuQQabaz Plus application can be used both in Turkey and abroad, but personal data are hosted on servers located in Turkey.
6. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data is stored for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation and as long as required for the purposes of processing.
In the event that the user account is deleted via the "Delete My Account" function within the HuQQabaz Plus application, the personal data belonging to the user is deleted or destroyed in accordance with the KVKK and relevant legislation.
7. Personal Data Security
Our Company takes the necessary technical and administrative security measures to prevent the unlawful processing and access to personal data, within the scope of Article 12 of the KVKK.
8. Rights of the Data Subject
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- If processed, to request information regarding such processing
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is being used in line with its purpose
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically
- To request correction if your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed
- To request deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the KVKK
- To object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis by automated systems
- If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing, to request compensation for the damage
You have these rights.
9. Methods of Application
You may submit your requests regarding your rights, in accordance with the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller, via the following methods:

Your applications are concluded as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days depending on the nature of your request; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
